Stress Society

I have thought hard for a longtime to Blog on this issue that is like a bug or virus that mutates into different diverse forms to plague and haunt all from family,friend,flatmate to the everyday people who experience and relive it.
Stress is anything to do with strain or pressure be it a squeeze in finances,relationships,work related,prospects and emotional psychological issues.
In Contemporary living and lifestyle Stress has dominated the front page of Social Media and prompt reportage as cause of many mental health issues,behavioural problems such as suicide pacts and violent misconduct in society.
The pressure of unemployment,underemployment,divorce or break-ups,bankruptcy(insolvency),financial uncertainty and cost of living allowance coupled with the fall of standard of living has generated extreme stress in society to the point of serious breakdown.
Social issues create high anxiety and low self-esteem as in status anxiety from the home to the workplace,and because life in modern times is fashioned to image and meeting targets and bizarre schedules many keep worrying about today whilst they're in today because stress society is subtle and can be unrecognised or go unnoticed until it rears is ugly head for it's victims.
Modern living and lifestyle has invented a cosy environment to smoothen technology deficiency but the same system apparatus creates strain and pressure on people as in a double edged sword thrust into the bowels of a person. Satisfaction is based on piling a heavy load on someone else to alleviate one's level of stress in order to get some relief and partial theraphy the worse place to see evident society stress is at the Millenium Bridge in London where top Professionals in rows of columns walking can't even smile or wink on enroute to work. Sleep deprivation,long hours behind the office desk,bending over the computers and painkillers coupled with designer narcotic drugs fuel further pressure on body,mind,soul and spirit to the maximum.It is a generational issue that cuts across nationalities,races,tribes,faith&religion as well as sexual orientation and gender. Children and teenager are not immuned as self confidence wanes over life challenges and feel insecure,insufficient and excluded from mainstream society and makes them engage in social vices to identify with gangs to inspire and draw inspiration from. These issues have led to broken society,mental health,lack of caring,sharing and loving to animosity,petty jealousy,hate crimes,to all forms of rage and sudden tantrums od depicting split personality mood swings of Doctor Jekyll and Mr Hyde.Theraphy helps to alleviate and create temporal relief,Government schemes and programmes are transcient and society is a virtual hostage of itself as stress holds society to ransom and wont let go seizing mindsets as the Body Snatchers as such this Blogger believes in the way of combating modern stress society is through faith in God and not secular or Liberal institutions that are shortlived and do not give permanent respite for sufferers of society stress.

Blogger's World of 21st Century.

This Blogger started blogging in september 2010 on one weekend of late summer,did love the experience and wanted to relive it again.
My parents were Journalist's and broadcaster's as well as into News Media in 1960s post Independent Ghana and they wrote 1000s of volumes in articles,journals,scripts,transcripts in all aspects of media on Domestic and Abroad coverage.
They like many in their era and age had no computer as in desktop,laptop,netbook,ipad or Iphone and accessories but managed to do their outmost best and excelled.
During those days you had to be qualified to write most stories,journals,articles discuss prompt reportage of all issues it was daunting more like good old fashioned detective work like Sherlock Holmes and buddy Doctor Watson.
As a child growing up in 1980s i knew i had flair and talent as well as finesse for writing wrote some poetry and prose lines and kept 2 sets of diary's on my hyper active lifestyles.
Didn't really pursue it and fulfill the dream but now i am fulfilling the dream in the 21st Century as a Freelance Blogger with my own page and site and a member of many diverse Blogger's Groups from Blogspot.com,Facebook Blogger's Groups and Twitter it is uncountable.
I am now a social media or multi-media expert in my own right create forums on all issues and society matters that affect mankind's everyday living.
As a 21st century Blogger i am a citizen journalist and broadcaster a social activist and a internet writer that promotes and projects and creates awareness of my new position as a breed of status quo.
I am very excited that i have regained my past time and talent and can link and connect with the world through advanced scientific technology to be an online journalist and write on my own perceptions and opinions without sitting in a journalist school and discuss and deliberate on human and global issues from the dawn of time.
Many older people can't understand the role of bloggers and blogging as a whole so i try to re-educate them we are journalist not trained but we write on the internet and display our writings on our websites or webpages for the world to love or loathe.
Blogging and bloggers have come to stay and now we have been joined by mainstream media so we are now the new face of internet and journalism.

Father's Day

Farher's Day like Mother's Day is celebrated in all 6 continents and varied timezones from eastern,pacific,Atlantic,Gmt,Utc to Central African Times.Father's day like mother's day has varied diverse season's of celebration per calendar year and month as there is the uK,US,French,Spanish and other nationalities days.It is a day and a season to celebrate all fathers and the role and status of fatherhood as in parenthood in our modern complex and complicated world of ours that we inhabit.So it is too men,males,guys,dudes,uncles,nephews,grandads,granduncles,brothers,fathers and all male species and son's of Adam as Mother's day is to the daughter's of Eve.
So it is a day to appreciate all men,males in their family,public and private lives a day for a cause of celebration buy gift's,exchange card's go on shopping spree children,wives,partners take their father for outing as a form of thank you gratitude and appreciation.
For fatherhood is not perfect,can be imperfect but has to be competent ,and not incompetent,Father's have to create an enabling environment for biological or adopted or step-children to be part of them as a tribe without fear or favour.
God is the only perfect father man is just trying to play a role and position as in status quo there is an ideal and convenient father as in role model.Father's day is not huge as mother's day as the female population is larger and bigger than the male one and women have all the attention due to some factors of men being incapable,incompetent,inefficient,ineffective and not playing role assigned as head of the family.So in modern relationships many women play the role of Dad and Mum for a lifetime,and has broken the chain of nuclear or extended family structure.Men will have to be responsible,be caring,sharing and loving and the female partners should help and cooperate in mutual understanding and consent in developing a proper family unit and structure and not create a lost childhood and generation for the children of tomorrow that creates outcast,exclusions,and opens a whole mix of a social can of worms that destroys norms and tenets of a society in knife and gun crimes,lawlessness and destroys social cohesion.Men as fathers play your part to the best of your ability and capability before God and your fellow men and women assist as in partnership not in auxilliary roles and all will be well.Happy Fathers Day.Bless.

Summertime

Out of all the four seasons of Vivaldi it is Summertime that i do love most not because i was born and raised in the tropics but summer has a feeling of adventure,romance,leisure,recreation,cosmopolitan feel and outlook.Time for sunshine,heatwaves,sizzling temperatures,citybreaks,Holidays Abroad for suntan and skintone,to lie lazily on the beaches and on deck chairs outdoor pools,swimming,sploshing taking dips,with swim briefs and bikinis on the beaches.Summer pool party,barbeque with roasted meat in the garden with family get togethers up the country and abroad villas,cottages and campsites.Time to chill for the sun,sea,sangria,wearing sandals and flip flops.Ice-cream eating,cooling off at Cafes from London-Paris-Berlin & Milan a time of Ray Ban sunglasses wearing with shorts,t-shirts with baseball caps and carrying mineral water bottles as for this Blogger and writer wished summer as a season will be 24/7 to enjoy the summer sizzle of life's pleasures.lol
